OUR WORKSHOP

This workshop brings leaders and change agents together to develop a shared vision for change and craft coherent strategies that guide action across the organization. Rather than generic frameworks, we work directly with your initiative, helping you produce a change vision, a communications plan to enroll stakeholders, and a charter that defines the change team around clear objectives and working agreements.

Throughout the experience, we draw on case studies, proven models, and exercises designed to produce relevant artifacts. You will leave not just with new knowledge but with a roadmap ready for action, a methodology for iteration, and a team aligned around what comes next.

Learning Objectives

  Develop a shared vision for change that clarifies desired outcomes and behavioral shifts

  Articulate a clear path from current-state behaviors to the end-state your organization needs

  Identify and avoid key failure modes including insufficient communication and lack of early wins

  Implement a workflow and roadmap for evolving and scaling change using an iterative strategy development approach

  Select metrics that indicate progress toward intended outcomes without creating misaligned incentives

  • The workshop is 12-15 hours including prep/customization, the workshop sessions themselves, and follow up.

    The workshop can be delivered:

    • Remotely: 4 sessions over 2-3 weeks

    • In-person: 1 full day

    • Each cohort accommodates up to 20 people

  • This workshop is designed for senior leadership, change agents, and others responsible for developing and guiding a change initiative.

    We strongly recommend including several people who will be affected by the change, such as engineers, product managers, or other individual contributors. Diverse participation leads to richer outcomes and stronger buy-in.

  • Participants leave with a complete set of working artifacts ready for immediate use:

    • A shared vision document that defines what change looks like and the behavioral shifts required to get there.

    • A set of strategies—including guiding policies, principles, and constraints—implemented as a presentation or document that your leadership team can use.

    • A communications and go-to-market plan for enrolling stakeholders and building momentum.

    • A roadmap for change designed to support ongoing planning and iteration.

    • A team charter that defines the change team, its OKRs, and working agreements.
