Lakshmi Shubha

Lakshmi Shubha is a senior transformation and M&A integration leader with over 24 years of experience running and scaling complex global technology businesses. She has held executive roles at Shutterstock, Khoros (a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company), and Thomson Reuters, working across growth, customer operations, finance, and post-merger integration.

At Shutterstock, she built and led the company’s first Integration Management Office, integrating seven acquisitions and driving the operational and automation changes needed to support revenue growth and improve EBITDA. Before that, at Khoros, she ran a $75M global Professional Services organization and reworked how the company delivered and scaled enterprise implementations for customers like Meta, GM, Airbnb, and ServiceNow. Earlier in her career, she spent two decades at Thomson Reuters, where she held senior leadership roles across transformation, finance, and customer operations and was closely involved in the $27B Refinitiv divestiture.
